(First name, Last name, and email address) We will be sure to handle this for you immediately and send you an email confirmation once it is done.
If your membership has already renewed and you’d like to cancel an upcoming shipment, you must request cancellation by the 10th of the month to be eligible for a refund.
IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL PRIOR TO THE TENTH DAY OF A CALENDAR MONTH, YOU CANNOT BE REFUNDED FOR THAT MONTH’S SHIPMENT. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON BOXES THAT HAVE ALREADY BEEN SHIPPED.
All monthly subscriptions that bill at $34.99 or $59.99 are processed on the 11th of each month and we ship all monthly boxes within 3 business days of your order.
